At Posties, we take pride in creating personalized posters that are custom-made just for you. Please read our policy carefully regarding refunds, returns, and remakes.

1. No Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed, as each poster is made uniquely for you based on your specifications.

2. Poster Remake Policy

If you receive your poster and notice an issue related to the quality of the print, or if the design does not match the information you provided at the time of order, we are happy to remake your poster free of charge.

To request a remake, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
A photo showing the problem (if applicable)

Our team will review your request, and if we determine the problem was a result of our process, we will promptly remake your poster and send the new file for print.

3. Conditions for Remakes

We will remake a poster under the following conditions:

The poster contains an error in design or details that do not match the information provided during the order process.
The file quality is unsatisfactory due to a production issue.

Please note that remakes are not eligible for:

Changes in preferences (e.g., different song, artist, or layout after the design has been approved).
Mistakes in the information provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect song title, artist name, or other personalized details).
